Tap and hold the current watch face, scroll to the far right, and tap the (+) add watch face button.
Find the watch face there.The heart rate will measured in 1 hour interval.
Tap to read the HR anytime.
If the heart rate stuck on 0, please follow this steps to solve the issue:1.
Switch to any other watch face2.
Switch back to USA watch face3.
Sensor permission request will pop, allow it4.
If HR still showing 0, you need to refresh it once again.

Switch to any other watch face once more time6.
Switch back to USA watch face , tap the HR area to see if it worksTap and hold the watch face and go to the "customize" menu (or settings icon under the watch face) to change the styles and also manage the custom shortcut complication.To change between 12 or 24-hour mode, go to your phone date and time settings and there is an option to use 24-hour mode or 12-hour mode.
